Top Spin Serves up on Wii Once Again on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

2K Sports has confirmed a fourth installment of its own tennis sim, Top Spin boasting improved controls and player roster.

Developer 2K Czech will be giving the controls an overhaul, presumably tightning up the Wii Remote for a more realistic tennis experience. The studio are also slipping in audio from tennis matches, detail from real stadiums and mimicing player moves and style as close as possible for a genuine experience.

Top Spin 4 is due out in 2011 for Wii, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

This could be kinda cool. If they developers do well, the Wii could definitely have an edge and get a small chance to show off.

It'll never be as great as Mario Tennis, though Smilie

Do a Barrel Roll!<

Top spin is overrated crap. They cant even get the player models to resemble the actual players. Murray looks nothing like himself on the 360 version.
When is GST 2 being released? I cant believe EA would only make one attempt then stop

either way...please make use of the damn motion plus!

it would be really stupid and f*&%^ up if PS3's version gets to utilize "move" when our very own motion plus is 1:1 also

epic fail...possibly...knowing Nintendo 3rd party games.
