GAME £75 Trade-in Offer for DSi on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

UK retailer GAME is offering a £75 gift voucher or £50 cash if you trade in your DS Lite and purchase a new DSi.

By pre-ordering at game.co.uk online, once you've received your console, a unique barcode can be used to redeem the offer in store.

How much do you think you'd get if you wanted to trade in your DS Lite anyway? I reckon less than £75 so maybe this deal is alright.

May as well save up for a PS3 instead Smilie

I don\'t even have a DSL, and the original DS is so awesome that GAME can\'t comprehend it OR put a price on it.

CEX exchange is £63 and cash is £51
so for your DS it is a relatively good deal, however beacause you have to pay an extra £75 on top of that or the equivelent of 2 DS's then it's quite extortionate. I whish I had a job sometimes

When I saw this offer in store I chatted to the Manager there and he said that import DSLites are also allowed to be traded in, provided you supply a proper three-pronged power adaptor for it.
That tempted me to do it for, oh, lets say, five seconds. Smilie
