Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir is the latest adventure game to take advantage of the DS, with players hunting around through dozens of scenes and interacting with, apparently, over 1000 objects in order to discover who the real heir is to the conveniently-named Mr Rich's multimillion-valued estate.
Described as a 'seek and solve' game, Mystery Case Files puts you in the role of a detective trying to work out who are the imposters and who's the real deal. The challenge of the game is fixed around finding hidden evidence and objects, which are in plain sight but "seamlessly interwoven" into the painted backgrounds. You get to use "special analytical tools", too!
If you don't feel like playing on your own there are some - wait for it - mini-games to distract you for ten minutes as well. And thus makes up another game in Nintendo's popular Touch Generations series.
Mystery Case Files: MillionHeir is out in America on 8th September 2008, only on Nintendo DS. Until then, seek about through our screens album and see if you can solve the mystery of whether you'll be buying it or not.
