Wii Fit Insults 10-year-old Girl

A young girl was shunned as "fat" by Wii Fit despite being active and of a healthy weight and height for her age.

According to The Daily Mail, Obesity experts have eaten Nintendo alive after the Wii Fit software calculated the 10-year old as fat. When starting up the board uses a player's height and weight to calculate their levels of BMI

She probably is fat, BMI is inacurate for chilren, but it's usually cos it tells them they're too skinny. Either that or she's incredbly muscular for a 10 year old girl.


When i was 10 i was 5ft2 and only weighed 5and 1/2 stone, i'm now 17, 6ft4 and weigh 12 stone dead on, don't gain weight and don't loose weight. i think i'm too skinny for my height but BMI says i'm just about perfect. Wierd how i eat alot of jusnk and am(according to my dad) the laziest person he has ever known.

Seriously, the girl just needs to suck it up and lose some weight. I'm 5'2 and only weigh about a stone more than that. And I'm a fully developed woman. At 10 6 stone is like... quite obese.
