Totally agree that it was a disappointment. It's actually put me off playing the SNES Mini to some degree, because I was so excited to give it a whirl and came away so frustrated by SF2.

we coulda had Chrono Trigger, something everyone hoped to be included but instead we get a game that wasnt deemed good enough to get released.

if they had to include a game that did not get a US release, they should have terranigma included since it got a PAL release and give it 60hrz functionality.

chrono trigger would count as the game that the PAL region missed out on.

since there was a big emphasis on multiplayer, im surprised there is no Goemon or any of the pocky and rocky games.

I'm gutted about Goemon. Wasn't it included in the Japanese SNES Mini release?

5.
3 numbered mainline entries.
1 non-numbered mainline entry.
1 Puzzle game spinoff.

I own CiB copies of all of them Smilie + 1 PAL copy of the first.

West got BOTH mainline entries on the N64 though, both quality titles. We only didn't get the Sugoroku spinoff (a sort of party game kind of like Mario Party but with cards, based on an actual Japanese board game that I didn't understand anything about). West also got ONE on the Game Boy (out of 4 or 5, can't remember) and ONE Game Boy Color remake of the very first GB Goemon game. I think that's all of them. But that's like... 5 games out of... more than 20 Smilie.
