Looks like they cleaned up the dirty eyeballs and cranked up the brightness. Other than that, doesn't look like they changed anything.

Honestly, I kind of like the lighting better in the Wii U version. It's harder to see some things, but the PS4 one looks artificially bright, like light isn't bouncing the way it should.

Less of a difference than I expected there to be to be honest.

The difference between illusion and reality is vague to the one who suffers from the former and questionable for the one suffering form the later.
