I somehow don't think Roger would have been anywhere near as enticing a name as Phoenix. It would have been interesting to see it's popularity if it was called Roger Wright.

It's kinda sad that the games don't follow the same naming pattern as in Japanese though, where it's clear by the name that Appolo Justice and all the Phoenix Wright games belong in the same franchise. Or should the series name be rather understood as "Ace Attorney" ? Most people talk about the "Phoenix Wright" games over here though.
