Surely this will run into legal issues? But otherwise what does everyone think about this?

Roll out the lawyers...What on Earth is this company thinking? Does it honestly believe it can get away scot-free?

It's ROM users paradise for sure. Though it is a little strange why they did something like this. Unless they have some sort off loopoll.

But Nintendo own the legal rights for all emulators of Nintendo property. It is illegal to make an emulator for a Nintendo product without their say so.
