I'm not too disappointed, I haven't been a huge fan of handhelds in a long time. I'm just happy Tri G is coming to the west and it's being ported to a home console with more features. I wonder if they'll include anything like offline split screen arena like Tri did, possibly not. It would be interesting with the pad though, since both players would get their own screen.

My initial reaction to this game was "why are they porting a Wii game to the 3DS and then porting that port to the Wii U, which already plays Wii games?"

But it seems like they're actually throwing in some awesome stuff. I'd rather see Monster Hunter 4 released on Wii U outside of Japan, but this looks more than capable of tiding me over until that happens.

Still not sure I could justify buying this game for Wii U and 3DS, but I guess we'll see.

Will be upgrading to an 3DSXL when this makes it to the US.
