Gameboy

Nope i'm not talking about the sleek Sp but the old school gameboy. I bet everyone has had one at some point. So what are your favourite games?
Mine are:
Pokemon Blue/Silver.
Links Awakening.
Mario: 6 Golden Coins.

Man i used to have my Gameboy with me all the time. Alas those were the days

Mario Tennis! The one for the GB was so much fun!

- Kirby's Star Stacker was a superb puzzle game...

- Donkey Kong '94 was a brilliant update of the classic barrel jumping game...

- Final Fantasy Adventure (aka the game that Sword of Mana is a remake of) was an excellent RPG to complement Zelda: Link's Awakening...

IMO SML and SML2 were way too easy. But WL IMO is when GB grew up (whoa, so many abbreviations) - WL and WL2 are far more technical, much longer, much more depth and much harder - they really made the GB for me.

Tetris was and still is one of the all time greats. So simple in design. It has to be the best pick up and play game of ever. I don't think you can understate how important this game was in the success of the b/w Gameboy.

I loved this game called 'Puchi Karat' Or however you spelt it, i've now lost it in the depths of behind my sofa in my room and i cannot be arsed to go looking for it... *sigh* will i ever play it again?

I don't want to say Tetris - because its not the game that everyone says it is. People talk about it as if it was just on the GB - when it is on virtually every gaming system (whether its called "tetris" or not - clones can go by other names). But the 2D tetris isn't the best anyway - my favorite is Block Out, the 3D version - available on PC and the Atari Lynx handheld - but not on the GB. Block out is even more fun and even more addictive than Tetris.
