SPOILERS! 2 Mario Kart characters revealed.

Didn't really want to post this as news.
Ok, we all know that Toad returns for a speed bashing in Mario Kart: Double Dash but isn't mentioned in the Nintendo press for he's a hidden character, however we have images of 2 NEW characters to the series and a character selection image showing Toad's partner - very bizarre but cool choices from Nintendo -

Very odd, eh and I cant wait to see the extra cart and other characters in action.

Oh GOD it's hard to wait for this game, how long is it now 2 weeks *screams*. It may not be a long time, but it sure seems like it now . I believe this may be the one game that TRULY lives up to the hype I myself am placing on it.

I originally planned not to get this game... then I saw the media here at C3.... Then the TV commercial... Now these screenshots....How can a refuse?

Also if those two new charcters are from Super mario sunshine, Then Shadow mario is in the game right? OH I DONT CARE I WANT THE DAMN GAME NOW!!!!!!!!!! *starts ripping his pillows apart* O>O

i think that ergonomically speaking, a ghost and a pirahna plant arent best suited to kart racing, they cant reach the pedals man!!!

Yea thats true..infact, it really doesnt even make since! how can King boo or the pirahna reach the pedals with boos no legs, And pirahnas one inch legs? Thats strange!

Magic, lol. It seems like they'll definitely be interesting characters to use in the game, I'm well pleased Toad returns and the greatest thing is I have to unlock him - using other characters for once!

And yes how a ghost can drive a kart is beyond me, why doesn't he just float???
