Rebel Strike: Lacking the Force?

Ok to be honest what was once a game I was eagerly awaiting has a become a game I hold in much anxiety. After seeing it get 5/10 in EDGE and getting and 7.8 on Gamespot, I'm starting to worry about Factor 5s new game.

Does any one else feel that this game may be another example of far to much hype?

Yeah I have pre-ordered it I am seriously considering whether to buy it or not.

Yes I've preordered it too and after playing bonus disc, the sections on foot are still worrying me. Can't decided if I liekd it or not!! But aerial fight was as good as ever.

Perhaps it was hyped due to the graphics shown - all of it being FMV sequences and rendered to look immense. Perhaps the actual game has been rushed, and not as good as its predecessor.

If I don't buy this then I will most probably buy SSX 3 or 1080 Avalanche don't know which though as they havn't yet reviewed 1080.
