UK will have to wait till Metroid Prime 3's release week for Super Metroid.

With that kind of thinking that would mean that we (UK) wouldn't get Metroid (NES) until about two weeks before MP3. But Metroid came out on the VC for the UK a while back.

Fingers crossed that we get it soon though.

I've never played Super Metroid so can't wait to play it.

Super Metroid will definitely a game that I'd be getting from the VC. I don't believe I've played it before (the Metroid Series is one I really neat to become acquainted with).

That's exactly my thinking, it would seem kind of pointless seeing as we have had the NES game a while now. Hell it could even turn up on friday I reckon, given the randomness of the VC selection in germany. The germans may feel we are missing out on some of the Metroid goodness and re-inburse us with this. People should make sure they have 800 Wii Points just case.{LS]

Ah, finally. I've never gotten to play Super Metroid before. Now I can.

Still a great game, one of the "Nintendo's Biggest Hits & Classics", worth of buying and with a hard difficulty level

All I know is that I'm downloading Super Metroid IMMEDIATELY, when the chance arrives. ^_^

Super Metroid is going to be on of the best games that i will get for the VC and it is one of the best sidescrolling Metroid games along with Metroid fusion which i hope will come out as well. Super Metroid has evrything you could hope for in a metroid game. I really hope it comes here very soon.
