Awesome. Looks like I won't have to import and at least be able to understand the text.

This Wii version looks pretty much the same. I would much prefer a itelligent sword fighting game on Wii, a Kendo game would be very cool and not that hard to make given the nature of the discipline. I Love Kendo, I studied for a few years before a shoulder injury prevented me from continuing. Japanese developers should make more games on their arts like archery on horseback and swordfighting games. [LS]

If you ask me, I don't see how this says it's coming to Europe. Especially since the Manga & Anime of Bleach aren't being released in UK yet anyway.
Yeah I know but the GC game was released in the U.S and did ok so maybe they think it will do the same here. [LS]
Linkyshinks said:That's still not really a reason to release the game over here. The games are released because the anime is popular. Which it is, I guess, but in UK the anime & manga aren't out. That's why we've only been getting Naruto games in the past year, because the games are released along the anime series on TV. US already has the 2nd Naruto Ultimate Ninja game, but we don't, & that's only because the series is so much further in the US. So basically, unless Bleach is released in UK in Manga & Anime form & catches up to the part in the series that the games are set, I don't think it's likely we'll be seeing them here in UK.

You think you've got it bad? We don't even have Naruto here. It's not airing until END OF THE YEAR. Starting at episode 1 Although we do get quite some Naruto console-games already(I saw one in a toystore folder a while back) I'm definitely getting this one, though, seeing I LOVE Bleach, and it actually appears to be quite a good game(the DS version that is). Plus, I'm a sucker for fighting games. I'll probably have to import it from the US, though, which isn't a problem seeing my import shop charges only a quid or 2 more than for a regular game
I think it's must be dependant on the type of game that it is, in this case a mindless slash em up. But I do understand your point superlink. Ithink SEGA must think if they put it outhere it will sell simply because it is a sword fighting game that they will appeal to everyone, not just BLEACH fans. [LS]
I've had bleach ds 2nd for a while, these game sure do take their time coming out here.
Linkyshinks said:Yeah, I guess so. However a Bleach fan who hasn't seen that far into the series won't buy the game due to series spoilers, which will ultimately stub sales. Releasing the games as the series unfolds in it's main medias is what makes them money.

Not everyone thinks they die if they see a spoiler, like you do
Well, at least I don't mind, I usually can't wait for the story to unfold, so I often find it relieving to know some things ahead of time
Having the end of the Soul Society arc in Bleach spoiled is one of the worst things a human being can do
Awsome news, i heard that the GC game was fun to play!
I used to love Sega.
