Wii acting as a wifi port for the DS??

I will be connecting my Wii when I get one to my router through the USB port and ethernet adaptor because the wifi on the router is rubbish. I just want to know, does anyone know if I will be able to connect to the wirless service on my DS through my Wii when it is connected??

We don't know, but I would guess the Wii doesn't act as a wireless router.

Anyway I havnt got Wifi yet so I dont even know how it works.

I thought the Wii could only connect through WiFi anyway...

I expect the ethernet adapter (which shouldn't be necesary in the first place), will be pushed and stocked almost as little as the usb wifi adapter and GC componant leads. If it's possible.

Nintendo seem determined to make games as easy as possible to pick up, but connecting to the internet as unnecesarily complicated and expensive as possible.

I remember them saying it would. That's why I haven't ever bought a dongle doodat. But my brain could be being mean to me (very possible), or they might've just changed their minds quietly. I don't remember them making a big deal about, more like I just read it in a sentence of a bunch of Wii info. I hope so though.

Oh, and your sig is huge. Maybe you can crop and resize it? It probably wouldn't look that great afterwards...
