Finally, the game will be chock full of voiceover work, instead of just the "Doctor!" and other short audio clips you heard in Under the Knife.
I like the idea of that, the short audio clips got really annoying after a while

Great to see that they're working on a fully Wiied up version of the game, would we expect anything less?
it seems a bit lazy that they haven't made a completely new game except for exchanging the stylus for the wiimote, like what else are atlus doing?

Tell it like it is. Its like the game had tourettes or something.
I was really surprised about the numerous 'Bastards!!' that littered the text. I was waiting for Angie to instruct me to "kick that GUILT mother-f**ker's ass"!
I really hope they tone down the whole 'moral dilemma' bullshit from Under the Knife. It's an excellent game, but the "I-became-a-doctor-because-I-choose-life-over-death!!" routine and reams of dialogue spouting moral wisdom really began to piss me off.
Also, I'd like to see a non-linear story-mode where choices I make affect where I go and who I operate on. And how about developing a specialty? I've always fancied myself as a bit of a neurosurgeon...

I know, first time I was called a bastard I nearly dropped the DS is shock.
I think that to get this out in time for launch corners would have had to be cut if it was a completely new game. People need to remember how SMALL Atlus is, and it really has so many other games on the way at the moment as well (such as Yggdrasil Labyrinth on the DS and supposedly a new DS Trauma Centre as well).

What worries me is how the game could turn into complete carnage in the wrong hands!
