According to revo-europe.com Nintendo seem to be planning another Wii something game with Wii Music Package or bundle.

It is thought to include the Wii Orchestra which we seen a E3 and now would seem also to include Wii Druming which was also seem at E3 but wasn't given central stage. So far Nintendo seem to be gambling on the Wii packages as 3 at least seem to be confirmed. Maybe Nintendo see this as another Nintendogs and Brain Training in terms of sales, personally i can see these games being very high sellers only if Wii Sports is bundled because it would be a lot harder to sell an PS2 graphical game for the Wii....ah well so far we seem to have

1. Wii Sports
Baseball
Tennis
Golf
[Maybe Table Tennis]

2. Wii Motor Sports
Air
?
?

3. Wii Music
Orchestra
Drums
?

Although Duck Hunt has also been seem in demo form maybe Nintendo are planning for a full game or another bundle and it looks like perperipals seem to be playing a big part in the Wii, the foot thing for the drums sorry ain't that knowledable in music and the laser gun for duck hunt

Lets hope Nintendo will do a bundle!! Smilie

I see all these people insulting the Nintendo corporation because of the lack of mature content. Yet there is something about Nintendo (at least their games) that strikes a certain unadulterated feeling of joy!!!  Pokemon Y - 1048-9263-5562

Well cool Smilie

I hope they throw in some other stuff. I can't think of what else you could do though. A guitar thing would be kinda faulty as you'd probably strum with the remote, which isn't very natural, and then there's the issue of using your other hand. How could that be worked around?

I've kinda had an idea in my head where you choose an instrument and then raise the pitch by raising the controller higher and vice versa. Press the A button to make the sound (that way it wouldn't just be a big smear). Pull it closer to you so it's quiet, farther away from you so it's loud. And that's about as far as I got since I won't ever be able to make it happen. It'd be great if someone else could though....

The above idea is copyrighted by yours truly, don't even try it without asking me Smilie

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Wait, do you actually get a little drum kit to play on too? I was just assuming you played air drums... having an actual mini drum kit would be awesome though. Not sure how they'd make the bass drum (or cymbals, if they included them) work though.

Hah it's all on the screen, but because you only have sticks and no pedal you couldn't do anything decent and it all sounded completely amateurish and terrible.

Maybe they'll do a foot-pedal peripheral?

OH my gosh, I'd so love that, haven't mucked around on the drums since my old school and I didn't know what on earth I was doing! And the orchestra too, great stuff, loved that opening to the conference!

That's a nice idea TAG, reminds me of how the ocarina worked in OOT, with the C stick to make the bends!

Piiiiii...ka.....SUEEEEEEE!

How did the drum demo work at E3? Was it just a drum kit you could muck about or was their a game aspect to it?

I think it was just a drum kit on the screen that you could play about with. I s'pose there might be some kind of repetition tutorial type game thing with it.

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Video!

Another reason why it sounds so aweful is because there isn't any volume variation. i.e. however hard you hit stuff, you get the same result.

I'd assume stuff like that would be tweaked after E3, especially when Nintendo asked that it be fleshed out to ship with consoles instead of just being a tech demo.

They showed a foot pedal at E3 along with the classic controller and the laser gun.

Yeah hopefully, because it could be a very neat little game.
