Golden Zelda GameCube with New Zelda game?

We all know about the Resident Evil 4 GameCube bundle right?

So surely they're gonna release a Zelda bundle for the most anticipated GameCube game ever right?

Anyone agree? And what do you think it will look like? A Triforce logo on the lid and controller? That would be cool!

It's probably pretty likely, and they should, it'll drive up sales. It'd be really cool. I'd want it, but I've already got a 'Cube and don't go buying special edition ones, so nevermind...

a Golden gc? I prefer a more decent colour or see through gc.

Not true. Majora's Mask on N64 came out after Ocarina of Time and was released on a Gold cartridge.

It is, i was thinking "Nah, SM128 is" then i realised it's not confirmed. This Zelda and Resident Evil 4 have that bitty graphical look, that looks great.

Anyway, i can't wait for it. People might not want to get a Special Edition because of the end of the GC's life.....really.

There was a box set for Wind Waker, which isn't nearly as big as Zelda GC is gonna be, so im 99% sure there will be a box set for this. Nintendo would be stupid not to make one.

How so? About time the new Zelda does come out the GamneCube will be reaching the end to its cycle, so surely like mentioned above, people will realise this and wait for the next-gen

Definitely with the probable backwards compatibility.

Nintendo'll do a box set, but nothing special inside it (apart from the game of course). Metroid Prime, Super Mario Sunshine and Mario Kart all had box sets, but only with a Purple or Black Gamecube and normal controllers. I wouldn't get your hopes too high about a Golden Disc or console, I find it very unlikely...

It would be good if they did a bundle and i find it highley likey that a bundle will be avalibale at the launch of the anticipated game. A golden Gamecube does sound very likey and maybe some other deals like WW with the bundle and some other Zelda goodies. I hope there will be a golden Gamecube, that would be fantastic.

They released a golden GBA for The Minish Cap so Golden GameCube for the most anticipated game of 2005 would make sense.

Don't forget. They made a special GameCube for Resident Evil 4 which isn't even made by Nintendo!

Can't really see why you guys think it's so likely. Mario vs Donkey Kong also got one, as did FireRed and LeafGreen. Resident Evil 4 and The Wind Waker were both highly anticipated, and there was no specail GameCube for them.

Don't get me wrong though, a Golden GameCube would be undeniably cool.

Resi4 did get one actually, and Wind Waker got a package as well, just not a special edition Cube- it's a dead cert, in 1 way or another!

Windwaker did get the Silver GC though( i know other packs did aswell) maby they'll just use that again. with Triforce on the little faceplate

Yes, Wind Waker got the first lot of Platinum Gamecubes if I'm not mistaken. This is the biggest Gamecube game to date, perhaps even Nintendo's biggest game, so I reckon they're going to hit out full whack - special edition Gamecube, collector's editions, the lot.

Let's hope Nintendo give us all they've got with this one! (However much that may or may not be )

There's no point getting a another cube if you have already got one, I think it's a complete waste of money. Also there is another gold cartridge and that is pokemon stadiuim 2 but that was half gold half silver.

Super Mario 128 is probably going to be at E3 in Video form!
It's actually pretty likely to have a new GC for this game though. & Mario 128 isn't for GC, It's for rev.

There were only 2 GC colours to begin with, then platinum & loads came out in Japan.

They need more Nintendo colours like in the good old days, The new DS colours look awesome!
