Industry News | Harrison Boasts Wii Sales Figures against PS3

Quick News: Despite price-cuts and increased promotion, Sony's Playstation 3 has been outsold by Nintendo's Wii for the week ending November 11th. The cheaper model sold 100,000 units however Harrison recently revealed Nintendo's baby exceeded Sony's by a mysterious double-digit %. "It should be a very good holiday season," he told Bloomberg News. Hurrah!

The PS3 price drop didn't really come into effect in October's NPD hardware numbers, so we'll have to wait until next month to find out this month's sales in the US. But Harrison's comments don't really bode well for a Sony revival, that's for sure!
