Nintendo Wii News | Monster Hunter 3 Ditches PlayStation 3

Earlier this morning it was revealed, much to shock of the world, that Capcom was to bring Monster Hunter 3 to Wii. With the game already announced for the PlayStation 3 last year, clearly this caused some confusion. Now Capcom has clarified matters by removing the PS3 listing from its official website and now adding the game to its Wii line-up list. Also, it has revealed details of the game:

Boo ya! Another one ditched the Sony boat! So that's Dragon Quest and Monster Hunter...now Final Fantasy jump the boat to 360 and bury the shit out of that god awful company!

Final Fantasy XIII won't jump to any console but PS3 I think. Sony are depending on that game & in some situations that game alone to sell it's console ^^;

I only played the first game of the series and i quite liked it!

This looks quite interesting. I've never played a Monster Rancher game before, but that screenshot looks pretty nice, and the game sounds quite interesting.

Amazing, I never thought that this was true until Capcom spoke out. As ZSimon says this will amaze the japanese gaming public more than anyone else, this really is going to be a massive shift in their eyes and one that many will take note of. This is a massive game for Wii and one that I think will find a receptive audience of worldwide Wii owners. Great Art style in that footage above.


There are some great games lined up, Metroid Prime 3 on Friday is a good start, then Galaxy and some other good games like Zack and Wiki to fill in while we wait on Brawl. Best gaming Christmas, EVER, all my pre orders are in all I have to do is get through these games I am playing now.

Thank goodness. I'm glad to see some developers are waking up and smelling the coffee. The PS3 was dead the moment Sony slapped that price-tag on it.

Of course, that's just an opinion.

And in response to superlink sony still has exclusive killzone 2 ... and assasins creed(o wait..) and GTA IV (o shi...) and devil may cry (oh maybe not...) and armoured core 4 (oh no we lost that as well) and Virtua tennis (...wait we failed to hold on to that as well) and vitua fighter (nope) and drargon quest (nooooo) and my favourite game ever riiiiiidge raceeeeer!!! (oh no we lost that as well!) and smackdown versus raw (damn) and unreal (sob) and ace combat (...) ...and ...and another final fantasy game (phew we still have that)!! So don't diss my company!!
