Nintendo Media | First Power Rangers: Super Legends Screens

By Jorge Ba-oh 28.06.2007 15

To celebrate the 15th anniversary of a dirty man inside a test-tube seeking children to do his bidding, Disney Interactive Studios has announced a complication of classic Power Ranger antics in one legendary title, Super Legends.

Players choose from one of 16 different Rangers spanning the various different universes, from the classic Mighty Morphin era to the more recent Operation Overdrive series,, traveling across time to take on the forces of evil and keep the universe at bay.

  • Beautiful 2D world across 24 missions with comfortable controls and intense fights
  • Playable cast of favorite characters that span the show's history and storyline
  • Massive combo chains with cinematic flair
  • Several enemies simultaneously on screen to represent overwhelming odds to keep players on their toes
  • DS stylus attacks to personally deliver finishing blows on specific opponents
  • Variety of vehicles to pilot, including Flyers, Light Skimmers and One Man Attack Craft
  • Multiplayer co-op allows players to fight together, showcasing the teamwork of the Power Ranger series.
The game will also hit Nintendo's Wii, with both versions set for release later in 2007.

Thanks to Worth Playing for the tip.

I thought it was a port of the SNES game. It looks poo.

The original Power Rangers were awesome!
I once saw the orignal back on tv about a year ago. I was laughing so hard at how awful it was Smilie
The theme song still has a soft spot in my heart though...and as terrible as the original Power Rangers were...I can't help but say they're awesome...

GO GO POWER 90's!
