I think the main reason Heatseeker is doing so well is because there is very little else worth buying at the moment
I think this is Nintendo's first no.1 in along time
and I think that pie chart is a bit out of date
If you read the article it's the first time in just under four years...also:

Remember everyone that the image at the top is not representative of the actual market share...
Sweet jesus, Nintendo dominating.
YOu know that the DS is a beast when Harvest Moon can come in at No.3 on the Full Price Chart and at No.4 on the All Prices Chart.
Exactly! I had a feeling the HM series would appeal to AC fans, and it's great to see Nintendo playing to the game's strengths. With the success of this, Nintendo will surely have no problem signing the piece of paper that allows RSG to go ahead with Magical Melody as a Wii game!
My goodness Nintendo took charge this week! Good to see Nintendo finally have a number one, and it will likely again when the next Pokemon is out.
Awesome. Good write-up Raz.
And this Harvest Moon was out on the DS's launch in Japan , hopefully this bodes well for Magical Melody (Wii) and Rune Factory for the DS.
I expect Diddy Kong Racing to rocket next week into the top 15 at least.
If anyone is interested, Nintendo had 4 exclusives in the top 6 places in the irish top 20.
Pokemon Ranger No.2
Brain Training No.3
NSMB No.4
Wii Play No.6
Awesome analysis (as always...)
Great to see Pok
Apparently 18/40 on the full price list are for Nintendo systems!!! whoot! (but that also includes things like NFS which is on all formats)
And i thought Another code had sold loads!!!!
There were huge posters for it at our local game.
All my friends (inc. me) went out and bought it during break time then we played it solid during the lunch hour.
...and then it was basically completed, right? Great game it was; lengthy it was not.
Kind of good to see the PS3 not dying away completely this week, ensuring there is still some healthy competition out there. Don't want Nintendo getting complacent
I really want FFV to be picked up...it's a fantastic game and much more fun than FFIII on DS, to be honest.
It's great news about Harvest Moon doing so well, i always knew it would do well here in the UK if it was given the right advertising.
Promising news for both Nintendo's platforms all round i think, and it will get better.
Once Paper Mario is released the Nintendo buzz will be out again for the summer, and of course there will be E3!. LS

Now all we need is for there to be a firm SPM date for Europe...
I would have thought that they would divulge that info within the month of it's U.S release, so maybe before the 13th of next month.
Has it been released in japan yet?, maybe the euro release will follow soon after.
Im hearing that there are still noticable shortages of Wii in the U.S, if these reports are true that is not good as Nintendo have had ample time to step up their manufacture.
Perrin Kaplan said last month that they are now at max output, so where the hell are the Wii's in the U.S, hopefully they are in transit via shipping and not air freight and will be in those stores soon, Nintendo cannot give the others an inch to capitalize, especially now of all times during this lull in releases. LS
SPM came out in Japan last Thursday and sold about 70,000 units on its first day. It has also just hit the US with a large TV campaign...So it probably won't come to Europe until around September We'll see it turn up in Nintendo's Q3 line-up list eventually.
Well New Super Mario Bros is still lingering quite high depite being launched last june?
