Oh yeah i remember that homeland it was only released in japan wasn't it? Didn't look to bad either if I remember rightly it was something along the lines of animal crossing but online.

Yeah, that is probably what killed it in Japan;No explorationor questjust going through a dungeon and just killing monsters.

CoM did over 300,000 units in Japan, so wasn't 'killed' It was also rated 36/40 in Famitsu, so wasn't critcally mauled either. People just moaned because it wasn't a 'true' Mana...
