Quick News - Square Enix has finally confirmed that the DS remake of Final Fantasy III will no longer come out in Japan during July, instead it will launch on 24th August, 2006 for 5,980 Yen (~$53/

Yeah, that sucks. In fact, $53 is more than a XBOX/PS2/Gamecube game. Those games are $49.99. $59.99 for XBOX 360. Do I even want to know how much those cost in the UK?

Yep, Nintendo hasn't released a single first-party game over 35$, and I believe there has only been but 3 or 4 that cost 40$ from 3rd party developers. A lot of games are only 30$ here too (Tetris for one) and Brain Age is 20$.

The prices here are 40-45 EURO's for a DS-Game, 55 euro's for a GC-game, and about 70 euro's for an X360 game... Now convert that to dollars and see how cheap you are actually getting it...
