Nintendo Media | Hotel Dusk: Room 215

By John Boyle 01.06.2006 17

From the creators of "Another Code: Two Memories", Japanese developer Cing, Hotel Dusk: Room 215 is an intriguing title taking the genre of "graphical adventure". Players take the role of Kyle Hyde, an ex-cop turned salesman trying to track down a missing friend. Clues lead to an eerie, old hotel rumoured to have one very strange room

I seriously can't wait for this game as it looks amazing! Hope you folks like the 'exclusive' images I captured from the promotional video Smilie

It's on my anticipated list, too. Smilie

Ditto, looking very swish and stylised. Just hope it's more...interesting than the rather dull Another Code.

The art looks pretty damn awesome. STOP RELEASING SO MANY DECENT DS GAMES NINTENDO!!!! ;_;

Still a proud member of the 'omfg amazing water in games' society

I loved Another Code: Two Memories too. It sure looked sterile, but that aded to the story and the atmosphere. And I absolutely loved the cute drawing style of the heroess and the ghost-boy - which was cute too. A very lovable couple. And learning all the time, that that boy was very old got a strange feeling on me.
I'm stuck, thou, and may have check a walkthrough...
Anyway: I'm absolutely looking forward to this one and other DS-adventures...

edit: Is there a link to the promo-video, jesusraz?

I find your lack of faith disturbing!

Another Code was good, but far, FAR too short.

I like the graphical style but it's so boring. I'm sitting about half way through and simply cannot rouse myself to go on.

I'm loving these developers!!! They're bringing the point and click adventure games back to life!!!Smilie

You should've gotten through it in a couple of nights anyway, it's only 4 or 5 hours long. Smilie

This looks sweet, I love the art style and the music sounds great. Looking foward to picking this up.

Yeah, but I had Advance Wars sitting next to it... why keep playing AC:2M when you have the bliss that is AWSmilieS?

I did like Another Code, and I'm afraid I disagree with most people on here as I don't like the look of the graphics on their new game... the idea sounds pretty good, but the style of graphics... no no...

Edit ~ silly spelling error.

Ditto

What's really pleasing is how this has already been confirmed for a US release. No fear of it not coming! Smilie
