The ever popular Konami football/soccer franchise Pro Evolution Soccer, makes a welcome appearance on Nintendo's DS for some portable footy fun.

A load of changes and refining is promised with players able to pass and shoot with increased accuracy, run off the ball, and more - with the same style and pace as the original series. Konami noted that the computer's intelligence has also been given an upgrade; players will find space to intercept, play defensively - i.e. not stand around for too long.

Various lincences have been acquired by Konami, allowing for a select few European teams from Spain, Italy, Holland, Sweeden and Argentina to feature real player names and faces.
