Information
Recently, we posted a quick clip of Mario Kart: Double Dash in action, courtesy of CNN, and over the weekend another quick glimpse of that and Final Fantasy were shown. Thankfully, Cube-Europe managed to obtain some of the footage.

Mario Kart: Double Dash

Game Data

Hilarious repoter voices, script that doesn't do the game justice, yes, this is what the this footage reveals, but, there are some very interesting developments, including some quick motion revealing, yes, the anticipated "switch" mode. But, is it what you expected?

From the footage.

  • Additional weapons and features - bow wow, treading water and high powered jumps.
  • A very quick switch without any slow down, perhaps not very stategic, but innovative non the less.
  • More active scenery - rolling boxes, use of water etc.
  • Increased speed and no slowdown (from the footage).

  • Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles

    Game Data

Some more footage, courtesy of Cube-Europe. The series has changed and appears to be a lot more refined, and instead of pure single player action, you can now roam around simulatenously with 3 other "human" team mates.

The footage seems vastly refined, smooth as it were. The characters are vastly detailed and again, it seems that the reporter is, well, uninformed.
