DS News | Nintendogs on Tour!

Following on from the incredible success of the Nintendogs franchise in the UK, Nintendo have announced a special celebration to bring dog owners together.

Puppies on the ready as Nintendogs Bark Mode Celebration is coming to a town near you soon. Puppy mania makes a welcome return to allow owners to take their dogs out in the big wild world and meet other owners, swap tips, items, toys and share secrets. Using the DS's wireless connection, owners can connect to each other and let their puppies loose, hooray!

However, the event doesn't stop there - owners also get the opportunity to meet with Shigeru Miyamoto's special Dalmatian nintendog. The dog is very rare, and often sought after. After playing with the legend's puppy a Dalmatian will become unlocked for the owner to take home and play.

Accompanying all the Nintendog action, players also get the chance to sample some of the best upcoming DS games - the fresh Tetris DS, the amusing Super Princess Peach and the latest Pok

Prehaps someone shoudl tell Nintendo that the UK comprises of England, Scotland AND Wales. In all of the promotions I think there's only one thats turned up in Wales and that was in a single Cardiff store for the pokemon download.
