Super Mario RPG 3Could Mario Return in full 3D RPG glory, it seems so..Game Data NewTechnix.com have aquired some very interesting scans from a Japanese Nintendo magazine, although a little unclear, seem to reveal a new sequel to the Mario RPG line to be in the works. Graphically, from these small snippets, it seems that the old formula is being replicated with a isometric view on the world you're in. Fans of the game, appearing on the SNES and N64, will certainly enjoy this revamped sequel if the source seems to state that it is. Is it likely? Yes, it seems that Nintendo would be wise to keep the traditions on each of their consoles, and what not a better way to setup another alliance, perhaps with the contravercial company - Square-Enix. What could the possibilities of this game be? Well, perhaps if they stuck to the classic turn based fighting, much like that seen in the Final Fantasy series, it seems that the game will be a success, and one that would bring a top RPG to the GameCube, and maybe a toned down version for the Gameboy Advance. What is likely, though is some additonal upgrades in the gameplay department, perhaps some side quests development and maybe even, if we're lucky, a freeroaming multiplayer mode. We can only hope, but this is still an unconfirmed release so we'll mosy likely know more by E3. If the game is truly in development, it seems we will see some form of it at this years E3 exposition in 2 or so weeks time.
