One Upon Light Arrives on Steam

After winning awards from IGF China and Famitsu, and even Cubed3's own Bronze Award, Rising Star Games are bringing Open Upon Light to Steam.

Featuring charming black and white artwork, this puzzler flips conventional mechanics on their head by making light a lethal hazard while darkness is a point of safety. Players take control of "The Scientist" and solve a number of block-pushing, switch-flicking conundrums in order to solve the mystery of the laboratory that they've been thrust into.

This top-down puzzler pleasantly surprised us on the PS4, and now PC and Mac players can see what the fuss is all about, priced at £8.99/$11.99. One Upon Light is available on digital storefronts now. Check out the trailer below:
