Fresh New Pokkén Tournament Details on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

More details on the Wii U version of Pokkén Tournament include support characters and new modes.

The Wii U port is said to expand the arcade experience with the  new Ferrum League, a mode that takes place in the Ferrum region where "Resonance Stones" link trainers to their Pokémon. On that note, you'll be able to customise your in-game avatar - appearance, gender and more, with in-game currency used to customise the look.

There'll also be a "Combo Dojo" and "Free Training" feature to improve skills and learn the Pokkén ropes, plus a handful of Wii U-exclusive trainers that'll challenge even the best of Pokémon brawlers.

Additional support critters were also confirmed today - Cubone/Diglett, Magneton/Guagsire plus Espeon/Umbreon.

Will you add Pokkén Tournament to your fighting roster on Wii U?
