Can You Survive a Sheltered DLC Update? on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

There's a new update for indie game Sheltered, with new quests and bug fixes.

The latest update for the post-apocalyptic survival game introduces a brand new scenario called "Family Ties", where you set out to recruit addition family members in a bid for survival. These will be supported by new quests, including The Sickness, The Doll, On the Road Again and Arms Dealer.

The studio has also tinkered with the game's balancing, with less petrol and tool, increased time between quest and scenario spawns, new HUD elements, sound effects and more.

You can download Sheltered on Xbox One via the Game Preview Program and PC, Mac and Linux via Steam Early Access.

Just started playing this game yesterday. Has a lot of potential. Many balance issues at the moment (for example you can't do basically anything with anything you find unless you have the highest-level workbench, meanwhile something supposed to be common and basically necessary to live more than three days is rope, which is nearly impossible to find) but even now it's a lot of fun.
