A Pigeon Flutters into Super Mario Maker

Yamamura the pigeon will soon be fluttering into Super Mario Maker!

Yep, it's a pigeon with a piercing pixilated eye that'll be flapping into the Wii U game as part of a new Event Course this week. Starting from tomorrow, Wednesday 13th January, simply pop into the "Event Courses" mode and try out the new level.

It's not just a random seed nibbling critter you'd find bobbing about on a street corner, either, as Yamamura is a cartoon pigeon that Nintendo uses in Japan in videos for newbie players.
