Even more content will be poured into Splatoon, with new stages and gear on the way.
Confirmed during tonight's Nintendo Direct, the "Museum d'Alfonsino" is a brand new map that features five revolving obstacles across the centre of the stage for a trickier combat, plus a selection of artwork dotted across the stage, of course!
Also on the way is a new Splatoon stage called "Mahi-Mahi Resort", as water levels fall for more turf to ink.
The update, which lands at 5pm PT today (1pm GMT Friday 13th November) will also include 40 new pieces of gear to use.
Nintendo also confirmed that free content will be made available at least until January next year, so stay tuned for even more bits of gear to enjoy.
Finally, The Nintendo Treehouse staff will be competing in a Splatoon tournament on 19th November, with a live stream to be aired on Twitch.
