Street Rivals Battling onto Wii U on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Indie developer Nugame Ninja is working on a new 2.5D fighter for Wii U.

Inspired by the likes of Street Fighter, the game - called Street Rivals - sees players duke it out in heated 1 vs 1 battles, complete with handy weapons at this disposal - a touch like Bandai Namco's Soul Calibur series.

Developed using Unity, the game will also be heading to PC alongside Wii U.

Doesn't look like it's nervous like Street Fighter 4 but ore sluggish like Street Fighter EX, just locked onto a 2D plane, which is... not a compliment to make towards a fighting game...
