Platforming fans can rustle up their own sound effects and music blocks in Super Mario Maker.
With just weeks to go before the game launches on Wii U, Nintendo have shared more tasty morsels from the vast number of options available to play with in Super Mario Maker.
Alongside a tileset that spans generations of side-scrolling Mario games, comes the option to create custom sound effects by recording a quick snippet into the GamePad microphone. Let the ol' fart noises begin!
There'll also be the option to scatter a set of "Music Block" tiles across stages, each one bursting out a musical note based on their height, for some interesting twists on the regular Mario soundscape. Finally, Nintendo confirmed that more than 50 amiibo will be available, plus daily unlockable tools when playing the game from scratch to ease creators into the experience gently.
