Fresh Dragon Quest VIII Trailer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

A new trailer for the upcoming 3DS remake of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King has been released in the latest Japanese Nintendo Direct.

The trailer shows off various areas in the game, as well as the varied cast of characters - including two new playable characters unique to this version of the game. The remake will also contain new scenarios and full voice acting.


 

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King releases on 27th August in Japan. No Western release is currently announced.

Not too bad of a visual difference. Definitely in for the quicker battles and extras if it gets localised.
