During the Nintendo Direct broadcast in Japan this morning, more details on Fire Emblem If were shared.

The company showcased an intriguing new mode in the new Nintendo 3DS game called "My Castle", where players forge their own towns, complete with shops, houses and the like. Rather than a peaceful town simulation, there's more a defense mechanic in play, as townsfolk must be protected from blood thirsty invaders.

Is My Castle a worthy inclusion to the Fire Emblem series?
