Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold Out 2016 in Europe

NIS America are bringing even more Etrian Odyssey goodies to Europe, with Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight out next year.

To be released both physically and digitally, the game is a combination of two games - an updated version of Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Lagaard (originally released on Nintendo DS), with updated mechanics, plus an additional storyline that makes up the Untold portion of the game.

There's a strong focus on the storyline, with animated cutscenes that follow the tale of the titular Fafnir Knight and Princess Arianna.

Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight will be available early 2016.
