Roll Paint into Enemies in Splatoon

A new item has been revealed for upcoming Nintendo Wii U shooter Splatoon - a nifty paint roller for splattering large sections of a map.

The core use of the roller is to be able to paint large chunks of the ground whilst on the move, allowing players to also deal a fair bit of damage by literally ramming into an unsuspecting opponent. The roller, however, is also useful for mid-distance range attacks, with players able to fling ink towards others as the following gameplay clip highlights:
