Azure Striker Gunvolt Demo Coming to eShop

Following on from the announcement of an update for the game, developers Inti Creates have confirmed two more eShop goodies based on Azure Striker Gunvolt.

A demo for the game will be released in the near future, allowing players who haven't yet bought the game to try out the gameplay. Once the demo (which has a limit of 20 play sessions) is beaten, loading up the full game will also greet players with 50,000 Vig (Gunvolt's ingame currency) and a host of synth materials to power up the titular hero's arsenal.

A theme based on the game will also be released on 3DS. Dubbed "The Sumeragi 7", it blends images of the game's seven Sumeragi bosses with gorgeous night-time scenery, while boss battle theme "Sumeragi Skirmish" plays in the background.

No exact release dates have been confirmed for these two new arrivals, but the theme has been confirmed to cost $1.49.

Azure Striker Gunvolt is available now on the 3DS eShop for North American players. An exact European release date has yet to be confirmed.
