Today's Nintendo Direct has shown off a bunch of new Amiibo.
First off a new wave of Smash Brothers amiibo were announced, this will consist of: Robin and Lucina from Fire Emblem, Wario, Ness, Charizard and Pac-Man.
On top of this is a wave of Super Mario amiibo. This series will consist of Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Yoshi and Bowser. These are to be released on March 20th.
These amiibo will be usable with the new and upcoming Mario Party 10. Some Smash Bros. amiibo are usable, too. The full list for Mario Party 10 is: Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Rosalina, Wario, Donkey Kong, Bowser and Yoshi.
Mario Party 10 will have a Special Bundle package available that will come with a Mario amiibo.
Finally on the amiibo front it was announced that the new Toad amiibo will be compatible with Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker. When used on a stage a Pixel Toad will appear on the stage for the player to try and find. This functionality will be added to the game on the same date as the amiibo release, March 20th.
