Mario vs. Donkey Kong and Nintendo Pocket Football Club Getting Boxed Releases with Download Codes

From 16th January, Nintendo will be releasing boxed retail versions containing download codes of various Nintendo eShop titles in Europe.

Download codes for Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move and Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Minis March Again will be bundled in a single pack, whilst a code for Nintendo Pocket Football Club will also be available in its own box in stores next year.

Although this might initially raise eyebrows with some people, this does help to give retail presence for Nintendo eShop-only games, and also exposes the actual eShop itself to new people, in turn making more customers buy from the digital shop in the future.
