Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Opening Cinema on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Meet the cast of Super Smash Bros. in the new Wii U opening cinematic.

Since the release of Super Smash Bros. on the Nintendo 64, the home console versions have been known to throw fighters into striking and memorable opening sequences. The first game took on the toy box approach, Melee wove a cinematic feel and Brawl brought on the Orchestra.

Now it's the Wii U version's time to strut its stuff as the opening sequence has emerged. Secret characters don't make an appearance, but there are newcomers - so those who have yet to play the Nintendo 3DS version may encounter a few spoiler moments.

I sigh a very happy sigh. My heart longs for the 5th of December to hurry.

Can't wait!

Hmmm I'm slightly dissapointed with this myself, it's not as epic as Melee or Brawl but still good. Either way the game is going to be brilliant! Packed full of content! Hopefully this will help Wii u's off the shelves this Xmas!
