More Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Crossovers Include Mega Man, Nomura Designs on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

The cross-over love for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate continues, with costumes for Mega Man and designs from Tetsuya Nomura.

During a panel at the New York Comic-Con this weekend, the studio confirmed that players will be able to wear Mega Man-inspired armour as a Palico. He'll wield a "Rush Hammer" and also have specific sound effects, like the Mega Man "death" jingle as he retreats from battle.


 

There'll also be new armour and weapons designed by the well-renowned Final Fantasy designer Tetsuya Nomura. This content won't be from the Square Enix RPG series, but will bare Nomura's signature art style and feel.

Honestly this is great and all....but it almost seems too much for cross over content love. I mean what else will there be left to tap into for Monster Hunter 5!? XP

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

Good reminder as to how incredibly horrid omNomura's art actually is. Pretty stoked for all the other cross-over stuff, though : D.

Edit: That guest was me logged in on mobile C3. Get that glitch everytime. Grrr.

Well that doesn't happen to me when I'm on my Android, however, I'm not able to edit posts which can be frustrating when auto correct rears it's ugly head & I don't notice in time before posting.
