GameCube to 3DS Mod with Super Smash Bros. on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

One modder has hooked up a GameCube controller to a Nintendo 3DS XL console to play Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.

With the latest chapter in the popular Nintendo fighting series now out in Japan, some players are keen to have a more familiar form of control when dishing out combos. The mod, which allows the GameCube controller to function as expected, contains support for the D-Pad, analogue stick and buttons.
