Bravely Second Storyline and Class Details

The official Bravely Second website was updated with new details on the upcoming RPG sequel today.

There are spoilers ahead, so do tread with caution!

Protagonist from the first game, Agnes Oblige, overcame many challenges since the last title, putting the collapsing Crystal Orthodoxy back together and becoming the forth Orthodoxy pope. Because of this, she was accepted by common folk and also key Luxendarc players, but unfortunately becomes kidnapped at the peace treaty ceremony.

One of the cities in Bravely Second, Guatelatio, is a prosperous town that plays host to the Crystal Orthodoxy headquarters and also a "Gate of Faith", a military base that houses the "Orthodox Knights." There were plans to host the signing ceremony in Guatelatio, but things didn't quite work out.

The site also details some of the jobs available, including:

• The offensive Valkyrie, which attack from mid-air, generally use a spear and are most potent when BP is used during their attacks.
• The Superstar acts as a buffer, singing characters songs and increasing stats.
• Time Mages, as the name suggests, are able to control the flow of time during battle, heal the entire party and deal equal damage towards enemies.
• Red Mages can use both white and black magic as a well rounded class.
