Developer Shin'en have confirmed that the upcoming sequel to futuristic racer FAST will run at 60 frames per second.
The new racer, FAST Racing Neo, is heading to the Nintendo Wii U eShop later this year, and will be set to run more smoothly when it lands on the home console. The studio confirmed on Twitter earlier this week that they are "Finally getting all beautiful visuals in stable 60fps", despite looking "impossible" when they first started work on the game.
The original game, FAST: Racing League was one of those breakthrough moments on the Wii hardware, offering fluid and intricately detailed graphics and tight handling.
