Nintendo of America to Tour 2DS this Summer on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Nintendo will be visiting 12 cities this summer to present various Nintendo 3DS/2DS games including Pokémon and Yoshi.

From 6th June until 1st September inclusive, the Play Nintendo Tour will allow both kids and adults to give the 2DS console a go, trying out demos of numerous first party titles. Aside from the games, the tour will be kitted out with Nintendo themed decor, like banana-shaped seating and a giant Pokéball, we kid you not.

Mario, Luigi, Donkey Kong and Kirby will also be on hand for photo opportunities.

Competitive folk who take part in a Mario Kart 7 challenge can attempt to fight for a place to play Mario Kart 8 on the big screen.

Games available to play on the day include:

  • Kirby Triple Deluxe
  • Yoshi's New Island
  • Pokémon X and Pokémon Y
  • The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
  • Super Mario 3D Land
  • onkey Kong Country Returns 3D
  • Mario Kart 7
