LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Announced for Wii U, 3DS

More caped crusader antics as Warner Bros. has announced LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

The new game, as the title suggests, will go beyond the baddies of the Batman universe, and weave a tale that involves other DC heroes. Batman joins forces with his allies to save world from being destroyed by a devious genius known as Brainiac!

There'll be a huge array of unlockable characters - 150 in all - with players able to control both heroes and villains, exploring the likes of the Hall of Justice, the classic Batcave and Justice League Watchtower.

Like the previous titles, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is being developed by TT Games for release on multiple platforms this Autumn - including Wii U and 3DS.
